RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All krashell handcrafted products are made in India with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with every krashell product that you purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase for a valid reason, you may return your order within 7 days from the date of shipment for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price.

To make a return, please email us at krashell23@outlook.com to get instructions regarding the return of the product. Customers are responsible for returning the product themselves to the provided return address.

Items being returned for a refund should be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (if applicable).

Damage & Issue: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order Number.

Refunds (If applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or bulk orders/gift cards.
